For commercial electrical subcontractors
Your crew did the extra work. Make sure it gets billed.
Your foreman sends the extra from the job, in our app or by text, WhatsApp, or email. Your PM gets one record with the photos, hours, and materials, and can see what's still waiting on the GC or not yet billed.

Concept previewMockups of the idea, not working software. The project and numbers are made up.
Extra work shouldn't disappear between the jobsite and the office.
Sound familiar?
The scope changes.
A GC asks for work that wasn't in the original bid.
JobsiteYour foreman gets it done.
The details end up in texts, photos, or handwritten notes.
JobsiteThe office chases the details.
Your PM needs hours, materials, photos, and who asked for it.
OfficeThe paperwork falls behind.
Change orders go out late or get disputed, and some extras never get billed.
Office
How it works
Say the GC asks for six more outlets on the sales floor. Here's what happens to that request.
Step 1: Your foreman sends it from the job
In a simple phone app, or by text, WhatsApp, or email if that's how your crew already works.
- Name the project
- Describe the extra
- Send photos
- Add hours and materials
- Note who asked for it
Step 2: Your PM gets one clean record
Photos, hours, and materials arrive together, ready to back up the change order.
- Photos and notes from the field
- Labor and materials in one place
- Who requested it, and when
- Backup ready to attach to the CO
Step 3: Track it until it's billed
See which extras are still waiting on the GC and which haven't made it onto an invoice.
Help us build a better way to manage extra work.
We're talking with commercial electrical contractors about how they handle T&M tickets and change orders today, and where it breaks down.
Leave your email and pick your biggest headache. If your setup is a good fit, we'll ask for a 15-minute call.
- See the product before anyone else
- Help decide what gets built first
- First to hear about the pilot
- Free, and no commitment
Questions
Is the software available today?
Not yet. We're talking with commercial electrical contractors first, so the first version solves a real problem.
What happens after I sign up?
You're on the early-access list. If your setup is a good fit, we may email to ask for a 15-minute call about how you handle extras today. No sales pitch, and you can say no.
Will this replace Procore or other project-management tools?
No. The idea is a small tool for logging and tracking extras that works alongside whatever you already use for project management and accounting.
Does it handle change-order approvals?
No. Approvals still go through your contract and the GC, the same as today. It would track where each extra stands: submitted, approved, or billed.
How much will it cost?
Pricing isn't set. Early conversations will help us figure out what's worth paying for and keep pricing simple.
Will foremen need another mobile app?
Not if you don't want them to. There will be a simple app for crews that want one. We're also exploring a way to send extras by text, WhatsApp, or email, so crews can keep working the way they do now. Either way, the office gets the same organized record.
